Many customers have asked to purchase a contour-fitted wedding band after the purchase of their engagement ring, however, the responsibility of having expensive diamonds returned to our store is not a liability that we build into our price structure. For this reason, we are now offering to make a wax mold for a wedding band for your specific ring while it is being sized. This mold can be used at any time within 2 years, should you wish to have a wedding band made in either gold or platinum and the $250 charge to make and store the mold can be credited towards the future purchase of your wedding band. Sincere apologies to all those of you who begged to send your engagement ring back before, we are very sorry to have turned you down but please know that it was your insistence that resulted in this innovative possibility from Fay Cullen Inc.
